To provide 24X7 monitoring, help desk and troubleshooting we offer a US based Call Center manned with traing and certified technicians that are capable of delivering Advanced professional Services remotely. You somply provide a levle of access to your network and define what you want managed by us and we develope the scope of work from there. As an option we can provide the network hardware and software under a lease arrangement along with services to help you manage your cash flow and OPEX vs CAPEX expenses.

The technicians that OASYS provides will have been trained and certified by our Partners. We can build in remote support services for a multitude of products and provide experienced technicians to get the job done right for you the first time. Our Project Management service is very detailed in preparing for installations with logistics, shipping, contact management for site access, and effective use of all applicable technical resources and always keep all stake holders informed of progress.
Advanced Professional Services
Advanced Professional Services include worldwide logistics, planning, installation, configuration and maintenance contracts as well as a 24X7 Remote Operations Center and On-site support. Our US based partner offers round the clock support and can augment your IT Staff reducing your head count. Tasks like rolling out a new set of switches and rounters, network monitoring hardware and software, or making changes can all be managed for you from our Operations Center.
