OASYS can coordinate multiple service partners and contracts into one contract for our clients. Typical manufacturer contracts on the hardware and software of an element often expose you to delays in returning operational due to fingerpointing between service providers. We strive to develope maintenance solutions that meet your response time and include thr correct level of support required. We manage contracts for you co-terminating begin and end dates by prorating maintenance and support contracts for you so that renewals are kept to a minimum, typically renewed in December.

On-site and Remote Support Services

We can be your Help Desk or integrate with your Help Desk and povide blocks of field support time as well as time spent with a NOC Advanced Professional Services contact. If you prefer to have very fast response time and services 24X7 with replacement gear we can work with you to develope a support plan that meets your needs. With no contract we can quote you best effort time and materials in the event you need a trained technician on-site. Our service partners are factory trained for several manufacturers that make routers, switches, VoiP systems, Wireless, Wifi, PBX's and optimization appliances and software.
